Ms. Roberts Reilly graduated from Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Political Science. While attending Stony Brook, Ms. Roberts Reilly received numerous scholastic honors, including Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, honor roll, and the Golden Key Honor Society. Prior to Stony Brook, Ms. Roberts Reilly earned her Associates degree with Distinction in Criminal Justice from Suffolk Community College.
Ms. Roberts Reilly received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2005. During her tenure at law school, she worked for the Civil Rights Clinic for Mental Hygiene at Touro. She also worked for Frank Mitchell Corso, a seasoned and well-respected personal injury and medical malpractice attorney.
While aggressive when necessary, Ms. Roberts Reilly also understands the nature of family and Matrimonial work is often difficult for the client, and she puts in all efforts to get her clients through what is mostly a hard time in their lives. Thorough, fearless and always available to answer her client's questions, Ms. Roberts Reilly brings a practical approach towards what are often difficult situations. Ms. Roberts Reilly utilizes this approach to all of her cases which involve Matrimonial and Family Law issues of child custody, equitable distribution, and support issues both pre and post-judgment.
Ms. Roberts Reilly will focus her areas of practice on Matrimonial and Family Law, civil litigation, criminal defense and estate practice. Ms. Roberts Reilly has a unique ability to display compassion while guiding her clients through the toughest of times while remaining a fierce litigator in the courtroom and a shrewd negotiator. Ms. Roberts Reilly also has appellate experience in in the New York Appellate Division Second Department.
Ms. Roberts Reilly has experience working as a practicing attorney for other prestigious firms on Long Island in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law as well as Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. Ms. Roberts Reilly was also the managing partner of her law firm for six years.
